I’ve been in the fitness industry professionally since 2011. I am blessed to help such a wide range of people achieve their goals from helping athletes to become first round draft picks to coaching people with injuries striving to take their first steps again. HOW I GOT STARTED

My love for sports started at a young age. When I got to high school, I witnessed how the older athletes took weight training seriously. I figured I would give it a try and see what happens. The physical gains I was starting to see became addicting. I was getting bigger, running faster and was extremely explosive. I was beginning to separate myself from the pack and became hooked on how my effort in the gym was a direct result to my improvements on the field. After high school, I earned a scholarship to play baseball for Cal State University Monterey Bay. In 2009, I was offered to play Professional Minor League baseball for the Chico Outlaws. Later that year, I decided to further my knowledge of sports and weight training by joining the Strength and Conditioning team for the San Diego State University Athletic Department. While at SDSU, I gained a wealth of knowledge on how to train a multitude of different athletes from different sports and different skill levels.

MY CURRENT TRAINING

Since 2010 up until now, I’ve fully dedicated myself to becoming the best possible coach I can be. I take pride in practicing what I preach. Being a competitive athlete has helped me become an even better coach. I strive to be a walking example for those who seek inspiration and want the best from themselves. I’m extremely grateful for all the people I’ve been able to coach in the past as they have helped mold me into the coach I am today. Having learned and been around some of the best coaches and athletes in the world, it’s now my turn to provide you with what I call THE DAILY SWEAT. This is my personal daily workout that I have tested and approved and is backed by a cumulative span of knowledge over the past decade. It’s an accumulation of strength, conditioning, gymnastics and body building. If you want to look good, feel good and be the fittest version of yourself, then this is for you. There’s no BS, no random programming, as I am putting myself through the exact same workout as you. This enables me to make the necessary adjustments where needed and properly coach you through it.

MY DIET

Currently I choose to follow a regimen known as “flexible dieting” or “counting macros”. This has allowed me to have some flexibility in what I eat and not have to completely restrict myself of foods I enjoy. I also intermittent fast an average of 5 days per week. I have done a lot of experimenting with different types of dieting, but for me and the people I’ve helped, the most important factor is sustainability. This way I can enjoy the occasional treat, in which I usually choose to demolish an entire pizza by myself.
