The Daily Sweat Program is for the individual who is seeking more. If you are looking to put in the work in addition to The Daily Sweat workout, or you just want to be able to have access to more variety, this is the perfect option for you. Not only do you get access to the main workout of the day, but you also get additional lifting, gymnastics and accessory work programmed. It is recommended that you have a barbell or at least a set of dumbbells for your workouts but it isn’t necessary. All these elements have been tested by myself and programmed specifically to set you up for success. All exercises have video demonstrations and additional coach’s notes to help you understand how to perform the workout properly based on your skill level.
Members of the Daily Sweat Program gain access to additional programming that has been tested and approved. This includes Lifting (compound lifts like bench/squat/deadlifts and Olympic Weightlifting), gymnastics & skills, and accessory/mid-line (core) work.
